Hello world. My name is Sarah Cook, and English is the only subject I’ve ever enjoyed in school. Good thing, too, because without it, I’d be a bum. Or working at 711. Neither of which sounds appealing.
I’m a Creative Writing major and freelance writer, based out of Reno, Nevada. Twenty-three years old, and an avid fan of the Gilmore Girls and Grey’s Anatomy. Eventually, I plan to be either a screenwriter or crime writer, maybe even both. And, in the world of dreams and fantasies, I think it would be fabulous to write an episode for Law and Order SVU someday.
I’m a huge dog fan. I have two dogs, one a huge-hearted (but bit of a weenie) Sharpei named Zoey, the other, a goofy buff boxer named Buster. I can’t watch movies or shows that feature dogs in them (i.e. Homeward Bound, Lassie, Old Yeller), because that’s a fine indication that they’re going to get hurt or die, and this I just cannot handle. I guess I’m a bit of a weenie, too.

Other than that, I’m just doing my best to enjoy life and learn how to use my new iMac. Everything else is pretty simple…or should be, anyway.
